| This conference will bring together local and international researchers of Vanuatu society, language and history. The conference will primarily focus around the activities of the Vanuatu Cultural Centre (VKS), with its unique and highly innovative Film and Sound Unit and “fieldworkers program”. All abstracts and papers have been peer-reviewed and the aim is to publish a collection of papers in due course. Papers were requested from any researcher working in Vanuatu, whether or not they are able to attend the conference. The due date for submission of fulll papers on this website is December 15th, 2006. | ||||||||||||||
