Allison Pritchard Allison is currently undertaking Combined Honours in Linguistics and Spanish for completion of a Bachelor of Arts.
Connal Parsley Connal completed 4th year Honours in Linguistics in 1998 towards a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws.
Fiona MacDowall Fiona completed 4th year Honours in Linguistics in 1998, as part of a Bachelor of Arts.
Bruce Birch Bruce is a PhD candidate in the Department.
Tom Jones Tom completed a Super Major in Linguistics in 1988 for a Bachelor of Arts.



Professor Peter Austin is the head of the Department of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at the University of Melbourne. He has been working on the Jiwarli language since 1978 and collected all the data on the language that you can read and listen to in this site.
